Equipment purchased and configured and provisioned By us Is Locked. If you need it to be Unlocked there is $10 unlock fee per device.

This fee recovers the costs of E911 and various telecom taxes, surcharges, and fees that VoIP is required to remit on your behalf.

If you have a phone number and then decide to cancel it, it will stop working at the end of your current billing period. It will then be returned to the pool of “available” numbers.
